How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Carrier delays can occasionally happen outside of our control — we appreciate your patience if that comes up.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders under $50 ship for $8. Orders between $50 and $99 ship for $5. Orders over $99 ship free.

How do you ship?

We ship via UPS and USPS depending on package size and destination.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or reach out to us at help@shoprootritual.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply. Packages rejected at customs are not eligible for a refund or reshipment.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We have a short window to make changes after an order is placed. Email us at help@shoprootritual.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been sent to fulfillment we are unable to make changes.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

What is your return policy?

We accept claims for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. All claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving your order. Email us at help@shoprootritual.com with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll follow up within 1-2 business days.

Do you accept returns for other reasons?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Items must be unopened and in their original condition to be eligible for a claim.

What if my package was lost or sent to the wrong address?

We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, unclaimed shipments, or carrier loss after a tracking confirmation is issued. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

What if I had an adverse reaction to a product?

Please contact us at help@shoprootritual.com right away. We handle these on a case by case basis and will work with you directly.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within a few business days.
